We are committed to protecting and respecting the privacy of our customers , and as you shop for gift hampers for your loved ones, you can be guaranteed that we exercise transparency in our privacy practices.

Customer Care 

We are proud of the quality and presentation of our hampers and do everything we can to ensure that every recipient is happy with their hamper. In the event that your hamper or its contents are incorrect or arrive damaged or faulty, please contact us via email , and we will happily replace, exchange, or issue a credit or refund depending on the extent of the damage and how you wish to resolve the issue.​ We will not be able to replace, exchange or issue a credit or refund for any product that has been dispatched for more than 7 days.​​ Orders cannot be amended or cancelled once they have been prepared and are with our couriers for delivery. 

Purchase of Alcohol

High Country Hampers supports the responsible service of alcohol. It is an offence to supply alcohol to or obtain alcohol on behalf of a person under the age of 18 years. 

If ordering hampers containing alcohol, you confirm that you are over the age of 18 years. It is a legal requirement that the person placing the order is over the age of 18 and the person receiving the delivery is over the age of 18.
